Patient Refund Process

Learn how patient refunds are delivered, how long they typically take, and what to do if an email or check has not arrived.

How Patient Refunds Are Delivered

Once an eligible refund is processed, Pain & Spine Institute uses third-party payment partners to deliver it electronically or by mail. Your current contact information determines which delivery path is available.

01

Confirm your contact details

Make sure the front desk has your current email and mailing address before the refund is processed.

02

Watch for delivery instructions

With a valid email on file, look for a message from Onbe with instructions to claim the refund electronically. If email is unavailable, a paper check will be mailed.

03

Allow for the delivery window

Electronic refunds typically take 7–10 business days after processing. Mailed checks may take 6–8 weeks to arrive.
